RETURN POLICIES

SuperiorVapors USA believes our products to be of the highest quality and service! However on a very vary rare occasion, you may receive a factory defect or something of human error. 

 
72 Hour Immediate Warranty          "Dead On Arrival" and "Wrong Items Shipped" Claims

Please, contact our customer service team by email at Sales@SuperiorVaporsUSA.com or call TOLL FREE 1-85-JUSTVAPE with a description of the problem along with your order number within the allotted warranted time. Your order number and date can be found on the receipt. If the issue cannot be resolved by e-mail, we will send you instructions on how to send the item or items back for replacement along with a return of merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Because of false claims attempted using competitor's old, out dated parts, replacements are shipped ONLY after the defective item is received back to SuperiorVapors USA LLC.

Notice: "Dead on Arrival" (DOA) & "Wrong Item shipped" (WIS) claims must be reported to us within 72 hours from the delivery date. The deliver date is when you received the item.

Notice: All other "28-day General Warranty" claims must be reported to us within 28 days from the delivery date.


*Your package must be postmarked within 5 days of receiving your return authorization (RMA) number from SuperiorVapors USA LLC. We will replace defective items with working items of the same model.


28-Day General Warranty

 Please test all products for defects upon receiving your order; especially when ordering in bulk! Notify us immediately if an item is "DOA" or  "WIS" as mentioned above.


All Products unless specifically stated otherwise carry an implied, industry-standard 28-Day warranty against defects due to manufacturing or failure. Warranty does not include any use of the product that does not fall into the designed use of the product as intended by the manufacturer... such as breaking them, damaging them, nor against personal loss of item.

 

Notice: The 28-Day warranty begins on the day the product is delivered and not on the day it was put to use. Item will be checked against your order on file.

 Notice: Items not covered under our extended 28-day warranty: Cartridges/Mouthpieces, E-Liquid.

 Notice: No E-liquid can ever be returnable due to its nature of product, do not attempt to return this item.


Shipping Costs

If the returned item is deemed replaceable, we will replace the item. All replacement/exchanged products are shipped USPS. We always use delivery confirmation/tracking when shipping packages from SuperiorVapors USA LLC.


Refund Policy:

All SALES ARE FINAL. Due to their nature, we cannot offer cash refunds on any of our products regardless of whether they have been used or not. Please choose carefully...and you have any questions about our products or warrantee contact us by e-mail or phone before placing your order. We are here to help you!
